No, using Studiosity is not like cheating.
You can trust it. Your institution has provided you with this service, and wants you to use it so you can feel more confident and succeed with your studies.
You'll never receive answers or corrections to your work - instead, you will receive feedback and guidance so that you can learn and apply those learnings to your future work.
The feedback you receive will include a summary pointing out the strengths and weaknesses in your work, suggestions on how to improve your critical thinking, structure and examples of common errors you might be making.
When you connect live with a specialist, you will receive direction, feedback, support, and prompts to help guide you through your question.
You will be guided to think for yourself and reach your own answer, ethically, to ensure you have a better understanding of what to do next time.
