What happens if a student experiences a technical issue while answering the timed Q&A questions?

If a student loses their internet connection, refreshes the page or has another technical problem while answering the questions, they can start the process again as a new attempt. There's no limit on attempts, and new questions are generated each time.

Will an interrupted attempt count against the student?
No. You only see the attempt the student chooses to send you. Attempts that were interrupted or left unfinished aren't shared with you.

What if it happens close to the deadline?
Validate is designed so the questions don't make a student late. If a student is running out of time before the due date, they can still submit their work. We recommend students start at least 20 minutes before the deadline, so there's time to try again if something goes wrong.

Will the student know their work wasn't submitted?
Yes. If a student starts the questions but leaves before submitting, Studiosity sends them a reminder that their work hasn't been submitted yet.

What should a student do if it keeps happening?
Contact Studiosity support at support@studiosity.com so we can look into it.
