The writing sample is a piece of the student's own previous writing. Authorship Continuity compares the student's submissions with it.
It should be the student's own previous work, at least 500 words, separate from the assessed work and preferably recent.
An essay, report or reflective piece works best, because Validate is built and tested for academic writing such as essays, reports and reflective writing.
Authorship Continuity uses no biometric or personal data.
