VIU students have a specific log in process in order to access the university's Studiosity service.
Follow the detailed instructions below to set up your account:
Check your email to find your activation code for Studiosity
Once you have your activation code, click the Studiosity banner in VIULearn, or for first time activations, click here
Enter your code and “Activate Code”
Enter your email address and accept Studiosity’s terms & conditions. Be sure to double check the spelling of your email address and then click “Next”
Check your email and look out for a verification email from Studiosity, where you can “click here to confirm your email”
Almost there! Set a password for your Studiosity account. Note: this must be at least 6 characters long.
Enter your first name, last name and indicate what year you are currently in and then click “Confirm”
Well done! You have setup your Studiosity account and are ready to submit documents for writing feedback or connect live with a Subject Specialist.

I haven't received an activation email. What can I do?
Double check your emails, but if it isn't there, email Roberta.Jenkins@viu.ca.
My code doesn't seem to work... Why?
Make sure that you are not including a space before or after the code when copy and pasting. Note: your code will be four characters (numbers/letters) followed by a dash, and then another four characters. Example: 3HZH-8HQJ
How many Writing Feedback submissions or Connect Live sessions can I use?
Students have 30 interactions total (submissions or live sessions) for the academic year ending June 30, 2023.
