How does it work?
You log in to Studiosity as soon as you get stuck, any time of day or night, and click 'Ask a question'.
Once you have composed your question you enter the queue to wait for an available specialist. Relevant specialists are then notified that you are waiting for help (and we'll keep you updated):
When a specialist accepts your request, you'll get the update and see that they'll be with you soon:
