If you use Studiosity through your university, TAFE, college, school or library, you might have a usage limit, which will display on the right hand side of your account homepage.
If you are a paying subscriber, your minutes balance is displayed at the bottom of your account page when you login. If your account starts to run low, you can top up your account using the 'add minutes' button on your account page.
We'll also let you know via email when your account drops below 10 minutes, so you can choose if you want to top up or not.
If you have a paid subscription, any unused minutes will carry over to following months. Minutes remain valid for 6 months from your last billing date. For example, if your account was debited on the 9th of March and you cancel your subscription with 110 minutes of tutoring in your account, you will have until the 9th of September to use them up before they expire.
