When you want to chat through a study question, jump into our online classroom with a specialist and get some great guidance. You can ask a question in a range of subjects including maths, sciences, English, and study skills.
Getting started
To connect live with a seriously smart person who can help you work through your question anytime of the day or night, click on the 'Connect now' button in your Studiosity dashboard.
Now it's time to compose your question. Make sure you fill in all the fields and add any sketches you want the specialist to see, to the whiteboard. Next, click 'Connect to a Specialist'.
You will then enter the queue to wait for an available specialist. Relevant specialists are notified that you are waiting for help (and we'll keep you updated):
When a specialist accepts your request, you'll get the update and see that they'll be with you soon:
You'll then enter the online 'classroom' where you can chat backwards and forwards using typed chat or voice/audio call with the specialist and work through your question together.
