If you want to upload your task requirements, but they are not in PDF format yet, don't worry. Here are some simple ways to create a PDF that you can then upload into your Studiosity account.
⭐️ Print to PDF
How to do it:
Open your document and click 'print'.
Instead of selecting a physical printer, look at the "Destination" or "Printer" dropdown menu. Select "Save as PDF" or "Microsoft Print to PDF." Hit save, and you're done.
⭐️ Export a word document as a PDF
If you are already working in a word processor, you don't need to "Print."
How to do it:
Microsoft Word: Go to File > Save As and select PDF from the file format dropdown.
Google Docs: Go to File > Download > PDF Document (.pdf).
⭐️ Screenshotting tables and tricky formatting
Sometimes, copying and pasting text from a website into a document ruins the layout (especially with tables or diagrams).
How to do it:
Take a screenshot of the instructions.
Paste that screenshot into a blank Word document or Google Doc. Adjust the size so it’s readable, then use the "Save as PDF" method mentioned above. This ensures the formatting stays exactly as you see it.
⭐️ Using your mobile phone
If your instructions are on a physical piece of paper, you don't need a bulky scanner.
How to do it:
iOS Users: Open the Notes app, create a new note, tap the attachments icon, then and select "Scan Documents." It will automatically save as a PDF.
Android Users: Open the Google Drive app, tap the "+" icon, and select "Scan."
You can then send it to your laptop and upload it into your Studiosity account.
