Maths notation can be really tricky and difficult to use - we get that!  That's why you can now choose from dozens of  symbols to share equations with our specialists in maths, stats, and science. 

Simply select the equation keyboard by clicking the equation symbol on the right of the text box, choose the symbol you want to use, and then type the character you wish to place into the equation (if applicable). 

Many students are happy to use the whiteboard to hand-write their maths notations in the classroom - but if you prefer to stick with typed chat, you'll find this keyboard useful.
